Our Story

Crafting expereiences

The Pilot Brewhouse is a microbrewery located in New Philadelphia, Ohio beside Harry Clever Field, the public air strip where astronaut John Glenn learned to fly. We offer a comfortable taproom and spacious beer garden where you can relax with a handcrafted beer and delicious food while you enjoy the planes going by.

The Pilot Brewhouse is the sister location of Lockport Brewery, with small batches and experimental beers brewed on site, and popular beers from Lockport also available on draft.

Owner and Brewer Andrew Marburger served in the United States Air Force after high school, where he developed a deep love for aeronautics. When the location overlooking Harry Clever Field became available, it felt like the perfect place for Lockport Brewery to grow.
