Schoenbrunn was founded in 1772, and in German means “beautiful spring”. It was known by the Delaware Indians as Welhik Tuppeek, “the best spring”. We use this local water source to brew all of our beers made on site.

MIDWEST IPA Sturdy maltiness, approachable bitterness, finished with Citra, Simcoe, & Idaho 7 hops. 6.2% ABV • 70 IBU

JUNGLE PUB

AMBER ALE A collaboration with the Performing Arts Center at Kent State, served on stage at Choir of Man on February 22nd. A medium bodied, copper colored ale, well-balanced with malt sweetness and hop bitterness. 5.5% ABV • 40 IBU
